1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy and Payments & Security statement, which all form part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Get More Supermarket, from Shop 1, Great South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025, New Zealand. You can reach us at hello@getmoresupermarket.co.nz or on 0800 438 667.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order has been accepted and packed. Receiving an automated order confirmation email does not by itself mean we have accepted your order.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

5. Prices, currency & GST

• All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
• Prices include GST where GST applies to the item.
• Prices and stock are drawn live from our store and can change at any time before you place your order.
• Any delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay. The total payable is the amount displayed at checkout.
• A minimum order value of $20.00 applies to delivery orders.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit card online, and — where offered at checkout — payment on pickup or cash on delivery.

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Windcave. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your card is charged in New Zealand Dollars. Full details are in our Payments & Security statement.

If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel or hold the order until payment is successfully completed.

7. Substitutions & availability

We sell fresh and fast-moving grocery items, so occasionally an item sells out after you order. Where that happens we will contact you to offer a similar substitute or refund that item. You are never charged for an item we cannot supply.

Where an item is sold by weight, the final price may vary slightly from the estimate shown, and you will be charged for the actual weight supplied.

8. Delivery & pickup

Delivery windows and preparation times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact number, and for making sure someone is available to receive perishable items. Full terms are set out in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

9. Changes, cancellations & refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order — we can usually help if we have not yet packed it. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, our Refund & Returns Policy applies. That policy also explains how and when refunds are paid.

10. Age-restricted products

Where we offer age-restricted products, they will not be sold or handed over to anyone under the legal purchase age. We may require photo ID on delivery or collection, and we may refuse to supply those items if satisfactory ID is not produced. Any refused item is refunded.

11. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Loyalty points and promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to additional conditions.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this site (text, images, branding and layout) belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

13. Your rights under New Zealand law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where you acquire goods for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply to the extent permitted by law.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the legislation referred to above, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, supplier failure, strikes, network outages or government restrictions.

15. Complaints & disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. Email hello@getmoresupermarket.co.nz or call 0800 438 667 and we will respond as soon as we can, normally within 2 business days.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
